Can you change the font on Facebook?
Meta doesn't document a font setting for Page posts. This font changer swaps your letters for look-alike characters, so the style comes with the text when you paste it. That's why it works in a post, a comment or a Page bio.
How the bold text generator works
Meta doesn't document bold text for Page posts, so these aren't really bold letters. They're special Unicode characters that look bold, and that's why they stay bold when you paste them. Numbers change in the bold, serif and typewriter styles. Punctuation, emoji and letters from other alphabets stay as you typed them.
Use it for a few words only
The Unicode Standard says these characters aren't meant for styling text, and the UK disability charity Scope explains how they can trip up screen readers.
Bold one line, not the whole post. Screen readers can read these characters badly or skip them, so people who rely on one may miss the words. Keep your main message in normal text.
