Data Deletion

SKJ ENTERPRISES operates AutomatePage. This page explains how to stop Meta Page access, remove a Page from AutomatePage, and request deletion of an AutomatePage account. These actions have different effects, so choose the one that matches what you want.

Delete your AutomatePage account

  1. Sign in to AutomatePage.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. In Delete account, choose Delete my account and confirm.

The request removes the account and its connected-Page database records and starts immediate and queued cleanup of stored media. You are signed out when the account deletion is accepted. Media cleanup can continue through retry jobs, so this page does not promise a 24-hour completion deadline.

Remove one Page but keep your account

  1. If the Page has an active batch, open that batch and stop it first.
  2. From the dashboard, open that Page's settings.
  3. Under Change this page, choose Remove this page.
  4. Confirm Remove page.

After active work has stopped, Page removal revokes active review links and marks the Page inactive. It deletes that Page's Meta-derived insight snapshots and per-post engagement metrics and clears the live derived performance profile used for future planning. It also clears every Page-connection Meta identifier, token, expiry, and health field: the Meta Page ID, category and avatar, encrypted access token and IV, token and data-access expiry times, token-health state, and last health-check time.

Page removal retains the inactive local Page record and display name, generated content, batches and slots, historical published-post IDs and timestamps, and each retained batch contract's frozen planning snapshot. A snapshot may contain aggregate learned preferences such as top templates, hours, keywords, and average engagement. It remains only to explain that historical batch; it is not updated or used for future Meta access. Those post IDs also cannot authorize a future Meta request. Use account deletion or the email process below if you want that retained local history, including its batch contracts, erased.

Revoke AutomatePage from Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select AutomatePage, and choose Remove. Meta may place Business Integrations differently for some accounts. Removing the integration revokes Meta-side access. It does not by itself delete your AutomatePage account or retained service history, and the current implementation does not treat Meta-side removal as an AutomatePage account-deletion request.

Request deletion by email

Email privacy@automatepage.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data." Include the AutomatePage account email and, if relevant, the connected Page name. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting. Do not send a Facebook password or access token.

What account deletion covers

  • AutomatePage account, sessions, profile, and workspace membership records
  • Encrypted Facebook Page access tokens and connected-Page records
  • Page insight snapshots and per-post engagement records
  • Generated images, captions, batch records, and review links
  • Owned brand and custom-template media identified by the deletion process

Current retention limits

There is no automatic 90-day purge for active-account generated content in the current implementation. Meta-derived insight snapshots and post engagement metrics remain while their Page is connected, but Remove this page erases them. Page removal retains generated content, batch history, and historical published-post IDs as described above; those records remain until account deletion or a verified deletion request is completed.

If you used the free sample, AutomatePage retains a one-way email fingerprint and the sample-used time for fraud prevention so it can enforce one free sample per person after deletion. This pseudonymous record does not contain your plaintext email, name, password hash, Page token, or generated content, but it does not have an automatic expiry in the current implementation.

Posts already published on Facebook remain under the Page owner's control. Removing a Page or deleting AutomatePage data does not delete a live Facebook post; delete that post directly on Facebook if desired.
