Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SKJ ENTERPRISES, which operates AutomatePage. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

1. The service and its current modes

AutomatePage researches, generates, quality-checks, and presents image and caption content for human review. In the current public manual mode, AutomatePage does not connect to Meta, read Page insights, schedule, or publish; the user downloads approved content and posts it manually.

A controlled Meta-connected mode may be made available to authorized developers, testers, and Meta reviewers. In that mode, an owner can connect a Page they manage, view permitted Page performance, and publish approved content. It is not a general public feature until the required Meta review and release controls are complete.

2. Human approval is required

Every post remains a draft until an authenticated human reviews and approves that exact content. AutomatePage does not set approval for the user and does not publish an unapproved post. You remain responsible for the final decision to export or publish and for confirming that the content is accurate, appropriate, and lawful.

3. Accounts and authorized Pages

• Keep your account information and login credentials accurate and secure.
• Connect only a Facebook Page you own or are authorized to manage, and use Meta-connected features only in compliance with Meta's applicable terms and policies.
• Do not share or resell account access unless AutomatePage has expressly enabled a plan designed for that purpose.
• Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Meta-connected reviewer use

The connected flow uses Meta's public_profile login default and the requested permissions pages_show_list,pages_read_engagement, read_insights, andpages_manage_posts for the limited purposes stated in the Privacy Policy. The reviewer flow operates only on a Page the tester manages. It does not use Meta permissions to source, monitor, or read competitor Pages.

5. Public sources, generated content, and ownership

In manual mode, you may supply publicly accessible source URLs for research. You are responsible for choosing lawful sources and for your use of the resulting content. Source facts, topics, visible text, and patterns may inform a new draft, but every AI image is created anew from a text prompt. No competitor, source, stock, Wikimedia, or other external image is supplied to the image generator or copied into final output.

You retain your rights in content and brand assets you submit. You grant AutomatePage a limited license to process and store them only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. AI output may resemble other output and may not be unique, copyrightable, accurate, or free of third-party rights. AutomatePage does not promise that output is "copyright-free" or non-infringing.

6. Billing and capacity during the public launch

Checkout and recurring customer billing are disabled in the current public manual launch. Generation capacity is granted or revoked through an audited operator action, is finite, and may be changed or withdrawn. If a payment request appears in this mode, do not complete it and contact support.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use AutomatePage for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or abusive content; impersonation; unauthorized access; evasion of review, rate, or platform controls; resale of generation capacity; or interference with the service. You must follow the rules of every platform where you choose to post.

8. Page removal and account deletion

After any active batch is stopped, the Remove this page action stops future access, deletes that Page's Meta-derived insight snapshots and per-post engagement metrics, and clears every Page-connection Meta identifier, token, expiry, and health field, plus the live performance profile used for future planning. It retains the inactive local Page record and name, generated content, batch and slot history, historical published-post IDs and timestamps, and each retained batch contract's frozen aggregate planning snapshot. Account deletion is a separate action under Settings and starts the account and media-erasure process described on the Data Deletion page.

9. Providers and platform availability

AutomatePage depends on hosting, database, storage, queue, AI, public-web research, and, in connected mode, Meta services. We do not control provider outages, API changes, Page restrictions, or reach and engagement outcomes, and we do not guarantee views, likes, followers, revenue, or uninterrupted operation.

10. Beta and reviewer features

Beta, developer, test, and reviewer features may be incomplete, may change, and may be withdrawn. Access to a review environment does not mean that Meta has approved the app for general public use.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. SKJ ENTERPRISES is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for AutomatePage in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. If a material change affects an active account, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email. We may suspend access for a serious violation, security risk, or provider restriction. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
